"Weekend Warriors"!

Last weekend we took on the side of our house - with some help of course!!! We had some water in our house, so we had to remove the siding and fix everything. There was more, disgusting damage than we thought we had, but we fixed it all! (Hopefully!) Sunday was in the rain so that made it a little more interesting! It was a unbelievably satisfying feeling to do that ourselves, so we had to share!!! If you ever need help, let us know!

Eli and Zoey took swim lessons (almost 2 months ago!). They had fun... we didn't! It was freezing and raining for many of the days!

Zoey's First Day of Preschool!

Zoey went to preschool this morning! She was so excited! We had a harder time than she did, of course! I just can't believe she's old enough to go to preschool! One of the next worries on my list... Eli will start preschool at the same time Zoey will start kindergarten. At least I thought of it early and have 2 years to prepare myself! HA! HA!

Labor Day Parade

We went to the Labor Day Parade in Urbana yesterday with Chris, Nick, and Ava (no Matt - he has to work :( ). It was such a beautiful day! Zoey was very excited about getting candy (she brought 2 bags)! :)

Eli tried to hold as much candy as he could and kept looking in his bag at the rest!

Zoey started swinging all by herself a few days ago! What?! She said "Kids can swing by themselves. Mommies and Daddies can push babies.". True.

Zoey and Ava were making scared faces one day. I just couldn't snap it fast enough to catch Ava's!
